Post, Alpen Muesli Cereal No Sugar Added

Breakdown

Processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

Alpen Post, Alpen Muesli Cereal No Sugar Added scores 50/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Alpen Post, Alpen Muesli Cereal No Sugar Added lists 6 ingredients, starting with Whole Grain Oats, Whole Grain Wheat, Raisins, Expeller Pressed Sunflower Oil and Almonds. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 50/100 Alpen Post, Alpen Muesli Cereal No Sugar Added lands mid-scale — below the typical score in cereal, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in cereal is Lovebird Grain Free Honey Breakfast Cereal at 100/100.
