How do I delete my account?
Open the Tallow app → Settings → Delete account. Your account, scan history, and saved products are removed permanently and immediately. If you cannot access the app for any reason, email support@tallow.app from the address on your account and we will delete it manually within 7 days.
A product score looks wrong
Send us the barcode and what looks off. We review every report; if we’re wrong, we update the data source and the fix propagates to everyone’s next scan.
The scanner won’t pick up a barcode
Make sure the barcode fills most of the viewfinder, the lighting is even, and the camera lens is clean. If it still won’t scan, tap the keypad icon in the top right of the Scan tab to enter the barcode digits manually.
Camera permission denied — now what?
Open iOS Settings → Tallow → Camera, flip it on, and reopen the app. Until then, you can still enter barcodes manually from the Scan tab.
