Pretzel Stick Cracker

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 2 ingredients to avoid

Ülker Pretzel Stick Cracker scores 23/100 on Tallow — our avoid band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Ülker Pretzel Stick Cracker lists 6 ingredients, starting with Wheat Flour, Vegetable Fat (Non-hydrogenated Palm Based), Salt, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Esters of Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids) and Pretzel Pieces (Wheat Flour, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Malted Wheat Flour, Yeast, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Hydroxide)). Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 23/100 Ülker Pretzel Stick Cracker scores worse than most crackers we have scored. A higher-scoring option in crackers is Mary's Gone Crackers Organic Super Seed Everything Crackers at 100/100.
