Emergency Food Supply

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 2 ingredients to avoid

ReadyWise Emergency Food Supply scores 60/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

ReadyWise Emergency Food Supply lists 6 ingredients, starting with Vanilla Pudding Base, Yogurt, Freeze-dried New Zealand Fruit, Southwest Beans and Rice and Chicken Flavored Noodle Soup. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 60/100 ReadyWise Emergency Food Supply lands mid-scale — below the typical score in prepared meals, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in prepared meals is Amylu Organic Chicken Meatballs at 97/100.
