3 seed crisps

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

OB finest 3 seed crisps scores 79/100 on Tallow — our clean band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

OB finest 3 seed crisps lists 6 ingredients, starting with Pumpkin Seed Kernels, Flax Seeds, White Sesame Seeds, Psyllium Husk and Thickener (1442). Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 79/100 OB finest 3 seed crisps sits in our top band, among the better crackers we have scored. A higher-scoring option in crackers is Mary's Gone Crackers Organic Super Seed Everything Crackers at 100/100.
