Jessica's Natural Foods Pecan Almond Granola

Breakdown

Processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

Jessica's Natural Foods Pecan Almond Granola scores 43/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Jessica's Natural Foods Pecan Almond Granola lists 14 ingredients, starting with Organic Certified Gluten-free Oats, Organic Honey, Brown Sugar, Expeller Pressed Sunflower Oil and Pecans. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 43/100 Jessica's Natural Foods Pecan Almond Granola lands mid-scale — below the typical score in granola & muesli, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in granola & muesli is purely elizabeth. Organic Grain-Free Vanilla Almond Butter Granola at 100/100.
