Almond Vanilla Almondmilk

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

Friendly Farms Almond Vanilla Almondmilk scores 66/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Friendly Farms Almond Vanilla Almondmilk lists 11 ingredients, starting with Almond Milk, Almonds, Sea Salt, Vitamin a and Filtered Water. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 66/100 Friendly Farms Almond Vanilla Almondmilk lands mid-scale — below the typical score in dairy-alternative milks, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in dairy-alternative milks is Califia Farms Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk at 100/100.
