Sourdough Rosemary Crackers

Breakdown

Processed · 2 ingredients to avoid

Savoritz Sourdough Rosemary Crackers scores 48/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Savoritz Sourdough Rosemary Crackers lists 15 ingredients, starting with Enriched Unbleached Flour, Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin and Reduced Iron. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 48/100 Savoritz Sourdough Rosemary Crackers lands mid-scale — below the typical score in crackers, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in crackers is Mary's Gone Crackers Organic Super Seed Everything Crackers at 100/100.
