DARK CHOCOLATE GRANOLA

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 3 ingredients to avoid

Manitoba Harvest DARK CHOCOLATE GRANOLA scores 52/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Manitoba Harvest DARK CHOCOLATE GRANOLA lists 18 ingredients, starting with Whole Grain Rolled Oats, Shelled Hemp Seeds, Chocolate, Pumpkin Seeds and Extra-virgin Coconut Oil. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 52/100 Manitoba Harvest DARK CHOCOLATE GRANOLA lands mid-scale — below the typical score in granola & muesli, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in granola & muesli is purely elizabeth. Organic Grain-Free Vanilla Almond Butter Granola at 100/100.
