Kirkland Signature Dried Montmorency Cherries

Breakdown

Processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

Kirkland Signature Dried Montmorency Cherries scores 55/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Kirkland Signature Dried Montmorency Cherries lists 3 ingredients, starting with Montmorency Tart Cherries, Sugar and Sunflower Oil. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 55/100 Kirkland Signature Dried Montmorency Cherries lands mid-scale — below the typical score in dried fruit, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in dried fruit is Solely Organic Fruit Jerky Berry Snack Pack at 100/100.
