Compliments 100% Pure Sunflower Oil

Breakdown

1 ingredient to avoid

Compliments 100% Pure Sunflower Oil scores 60/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Compliments 100% Pure Sunflower Oil lists 1 ingredient, starting with Sunflower Oil. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 60/100 Compliments 100% Pure Sunflower Oil lands mid-scale — below the typical score in oils & vinegars, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in oils & vinegars is Terra Delyssa Organic First Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil at 100/100.
