Everything Soft Bagels

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

Wegmans Everything Soft Bagels scores 54/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Wegmans Everything Soft Bagels lists 23 ingredients, starting with Enriched Flour, Water, White Whole Wheat Flour, Sugar and Yeast. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 54/100 Wegmans Everything Soft Bagels lands mid-scale — below the typical score in bagels & english muffins, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in bagels & english muffins is Thomas' Organic Everything Bagels at 100/100.
