Green Sweet Brown Swerve

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 2 ingredients to avoid

Swerve Green Sweet Brown Swerve scores 62/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Swerve Green Sweet Brown Swerve lists 5 ingredients, starting with Erythritol, Allulose, Vegetable Glycerin, Fruit Juice Concentrate and Natural Flavor. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 62/100 Swerve Green Sweet Brown Swerve lands mid-scale — below the typical score in sweeteners, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in sweeteners is Florida Crystals Organic Raw Cane Sugar at 100/100.
