Sweet Liquorice

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 2 ingredients to avoid

Sweet Corner Sweet Liquorice scores 64/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Sweet Corner Sweet Liquorice lists 3 ingredients, starting with Sweetener (Maltitol), Steviol Glycosides and Modified Starch. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 64/100 Sweet Corner Sweet Liquorice lands mid-scale — below the typical score in gummies & chewy candy, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in gummies & chewy candy is Blue Stripes Superfruit Gummies Mango Pineapple at 100/100.
