Beef Stock

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

Simple Truth Beef Stock scores 75/100 on Tallow — our clean band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Simple Truth Beef Stock lists 12 ingredients, starting with Organic Beef Stock, Organic Beef Flavor, Organic Cane Sugar, Sea Salt and Organic Carrot. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 75/100 Simple Truth Beef Stock sits in our top band, among the better soups & broths we have scored. A higher-scoring option in soups & broths is Kettle & Fire Organic Chicken Bone Broth at 100/100.
