Natural Grocers Organic Whole Wheat Tortillas

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

Natural Grocers Organic Whole Wheat Tortillas scores 71/100 on Tallow — our clean band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Natural Grocers Organic Whole Wheat Tortillas lists 11 ingredients, starting with Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Organic Sunflower Oil, Cultured Organic Wheat Flour and Salt (2% Less Salt). Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 71/100 Natural Grocers Organic Whole Wheat Tortillas sits in our top band, among the better tortillas & wraps we have scored. A higher-scoring option in tortillas & wraps is El Milagro Corn Tortillas at 99/100.
