POPCORN Irish Atlantic sea salt

Breakdown

Processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

Keogh's POPCORN Irish Atlantic sea salt scores 49/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Keogh's POPCORN Irish Atlantic sea salt lists 3 ingredients, starting with Whole Grain Popcorn, Sunflower Oil and Sea Salt. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 49/100 Keogh's POPCORN Irish Atlantic sea salt lands mid-scale — below the typical score in popcorn, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in popcorn is Lesser Evil Organic Popcorn Himalayan Pink Salt at 100/100.
