Jolly Time Microwave Popcorn

Breakdown

Processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

Jolly Time Microwave Popcorn scores 42/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Jolly Time Microwave Popcorn lists 6 ingredients, starting with Whole Grain Non-gmo Pop Corn, Palm Oil, Clarified Butter, Sea Salt and Ascorbic Acid. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 42/100 Jolly Time Microwave Popcorn lands mid-scale — below the typical score in popcorn, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in popcorn is Lesser Evil Organic Popcorn Himalayan Pink Salt at 100/100.
