Haribo Starmix (UK) scores 4/100 on Tallow — our avoid band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in, plus lab results from its product family, Haribo European-formula gelatin gummies (fruit & plant concentrates). Per serving it carries 7g protein and 47g sugar. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Haribo Starmix (UK) lists 27 ingredients, starting with Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Dextrose, Gelatin and Fruit Juice From Concentrate. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

342 kcal per serving, or 342 kcal per 100g. Calories are only part of the picture — Tallow scores Haribo Starmix (UK) on what the ingredients are, not how many calories they carry.

At 4/100 Haribo Starmix (UK) scores worse than most gummies & chewy candy we have scored. A higher-scoring option in gummies & chewy candy is Blue Stripes Superfruit Gummies Mango Pineapple at 100/100.
