Delights Cookie Brownie Bar Mix

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 7 ingredients to avoid

Betty Crocker Delights Cookie Brownie Bar Mix scores 5/100 on Tallow — our avoid band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. Per serving it carries 1g fiber, 1g protein and 16g sugar. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Betty Crocker Delights Cookie Brownie Bar Mix lists 27 ingredients, starting with Sugar, Enriched Flour Bleached, Wheat Flour, Niacin and Iron. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

110 kcal per serving, or 379 kcal per 100g. Calories are only part of the picture — Tallow scores Betty Crocker Delights Cookie Brownie Bar Mix on what the ingredients are, not how many calories they carry.

At 5/100 Betty Crocker Delights Cookie Brownie Bar Mix scores worse than most baking ingredients we have scored. A higher-scoring option in baking ingredients is King Arthur Baking Company Organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour at 100/100.
