Burrata

Breakdown

Processed · 1 ingredient to watch

Auchan Burrata scores 92/100 on Tallow — our clean band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. Per serving it carries 0g fiber, 13g protein and 1g sugar. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Auchan Burrata lists 7 ingredients, starting with Lait de Vache Pasteurisé, Crème Légère Stérilisée Uht, Lait, Sel and Coagulant Microbien. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

244 kcal per serving, or 244 kcal per 100g. Calories are only part of the picture — Tallow scores Auchan Burrata on what the ingredients are, not how many calories they carry.

At 92/100 Auchan Burrata sits in our top band, among the better cheese we have scored. A higher-scoring option in cheese is Breakstone's Cottage Cheese Small Curd 4% Milkfat at 100/100.
