Organic Pancake & Waffle Mix

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

Annie's Organic Pancake & Waffle Mix scores 76/100 on Tallow — our clean band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Annie's Organic Pancake & Waffle Mix lists 8 ingredients, starting with Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Expeller-pressed Sunflower Oil, Baking Powder and Baking Soda. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 76/100 Annie's Organic Pancake & Waffle Mix sits in our top band, among the better baking ingredients we have scored. A higher-scoring option in baking ingredients is King Arthur Baking Company Organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour at 100/100.
