U By Kotex Super Premium Click Tampons Regular/Super Multipack

Breakdown

4 ingredients to avoid

U By Kotex Super Premium Click Tampons Regular/Super Multipack scores 47/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

U By Kotex Super Premium Click Tampons Regular/Super Multipack lists 6 ingredients, starting with Rayon, Polyester, Polyethylene, Polypropylene and Paraffin Wax. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 47/100 U By Kotex Super Premium Click Tampons Regular/Super Multipack lands mid-scale — below the typical score in feminine care, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in feminine care is Tampon Tribe Organic Regular Day Pads at 100/100.
