Sweet & Dreamy Cookies & Creamy

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 2 ingredients to avoid

TRUBAR Sweet & Dreamy Cookies & Creamy scores 68/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

TRUBAR Sweet & Dreamy Cookies & Creamy lists 7 ingredients, starting with Brown Rice Protein - Oryzatein Silk 80, Cassava Flour, Sea Salt, Fibersmart and Sunflower Lecithin Liquid. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 68/100 TRUBAR Sweet & Dreamy Cookies & Creamy lands mid-scale — below the typical score in protein & snack bars, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in protein & snack bars is LÄRABAR Blueberry Muffin Bars at 99/100.
