Saltylicious Almond Love

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

TRUBAR Saltylicious Almond Love scores 44/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

TRUBAR Saltylicious Almond Love lists 5 ingredients, starting with Brown Rice Protein - Oryzatein Silk 80, Organic Cane Sugar, Rspo Palm Oil, Cassava Flour and Sea Salt - Fine. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 44/100 TRUBAR Saltylicious Almond Love lands mid-scale — below the typical score in protein & snack bars, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in protein & snack bars is LÄRABAR Cashew Cookie Fruit & Nut Bar at 100/100.
