Trace Minerals ZERO Lyte Salty Mango Electrolyte Drink Mix

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 2 ingredients to avoid

Trace Minerals ZERO Lyte Salty Mango Electrolyte Drink Mix scores 61/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Trace Minerals ZERO Lyte Salty Mango Electrolyte Drink Mix lists 6 ingredients, starting with Ancient Sea Salt, Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Stevia Leaf Extract (Reb-a) and Silicon Dioxide. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 61/100 Trace Minerals ZERO Lyte Salty Mango Electrolyte Drink Mix lands mid-scale — below the typical score in electrolyte supplements, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in electrolyte supplements is Trace Minerals ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops at 100/100.
