Breakdown

2 ingredients to avoid

T.RQ T-RQ Adult Gummy Multi-Vitamin Complete Strawberry Orange Cherry 60 Gummies scores 60/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

T.RQ T-RQ Adult Gummy Multi-Vitamin Complete Strawberry Orange Cherry 60 Gummies lists 12 ingredients, starting with Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Water, Annatto Extract [color] and Citric Acid. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 60/100 T.RQ T-RQ Adult Gummy Multi-Vitamin Complete Strawberry Orange Cherry 60 Gummies lands mid-scale — below the typical score in multivitamins, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in multivitamins is Tymbark Multiwitamina at 97/100.
