Antiseptic Mouth Rinse Original

Breakdown

2 ingredients to avoid

Swan Antiseptic Mouth Rinse Original scores 50/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Swan Antiseptic Mouth Rinse Original lists 11 ingredients, starting with Water, Alcohol, Sorbitol, Poloxamer 407 and Benzoic Acid. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 50/100 Swan Antiseptic Mouth Rinse Original lands mid-scale — below the typical score in mouthwash, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in mouthwash is GuruNanda Sesame Mint Oil Pulling Mouthwash at 100/100.
