Lemon Limeade

Breakdown

Ultra-processed

Spindrift Lemon Limeade scores 90/100 on Tallow — our clean band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. Per serving it carries 0g fiber, 0g protein and 0g sugar. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Spindrift Lemon Limeade lists 4 ingredients, starting with Carbonated Water, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice and Lime Extract. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

4 kcal per serving, or 1 kcal per 100ml. Calories are only part of the picture — Tallow scores Spindrift Lemon Limeade on what the ingredients are, not how many calories they carry.

At 90/100 Spindrift Lemon Limeade sits in our top band, among the better water we have scored. A higher-scoring option in water is Great Value Purified Drinking Water at 100/100.
