Organic Caesar Dressing

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

Smash Kitchen Organic Caesar Dressing scores 59/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Smash Kitchen Organic Caesar Dressing lists 28 ingredients, starting with Water, Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic White Vinegar, Organic Parmesan Cheese and Organic Milk. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 59/100 Smash Kitchen Organic Caesar Dressing lands mid-scale — below the typical score in salad dressings, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in salad dressings is Marukan Lite Seasoned Rice Vinegar Dressing at 100/100.
