Smartwater Vapor Distilled Water

Breakdown

1 ingredient to avoid

Smartwater Vapor Distilled Water scores 57/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. Per serving it carries 0g protein. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Smartwater Vapor Distilled Water lists 5 ingredients, starting with Vapour Distilled Water, Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Potassium Bicarbonate and Ozone. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

0 kcal per serving, or 0 kcal per 100ml. Calories are only part of the picture — Tallow scores Smartwater Vapor Distilled Water on what the ingredients are, not how many calories they carry.

At 57/100 Smartwater Vapor Distilled Water lands mid-scale — below the typical score in water, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in water is Great Value Purified Drinking Water at 100/100.
