Original Instant CalMag Unflavored Clacium & Magnesium Powder 16.5 Ounces

Breakdown

10 ingredients to watch

Original Instant CalMag Unflavored Clacium & Magnesium Powder 16.5 Ounces scores 66/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Original Instant CalMag Unflavored Clacium & Magnesium Powder 16.5 Ounces lists 12 ingredients, starting with Organic Broccoli Florets, Calcium Gluconate, Calcium Ascorbate, Magnesium Carbonate and Magnesium Ascorbate. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 66/100 Original Instant CalMag Unflavored Clacium & Magnesium Powder 16.5 Ounces lands mid-scale — below the typical score in minerals, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in minerals is Eidon Ionic Minerals Magnesium Liquid Concentrate at 100/100.
