Once Upon a Farm Apple Cinnamon Oat Bar

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 1 ingredient to watch

Once Upon a Farm Apple Cinnamon Oat Bar scores 86/100 on Tallow — our clean band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Once Upon a Farm Apple Cinnamon Oat Bar lists 13 ingredients, starting with Pink Himalayan Salt, Cocoa Butter, Citrus Pectin, Oats and Vanilla Extract. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 86/100 Once Upon a Farm Apple Cinnamon Oat Bar sits in our top band, among the better protein & snack bars we have scored. A higher-scoring option in protein & snack bars is LÄRABAR Blueberry Muffin Bars at 99/100.
