Nature's Promise Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips

Breakdown

Processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

Nature's Promise Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips scores 83/100 on Tallow — our clean band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Nature's Promise Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips lists 5 ingredients, starting with Organic White Corn, Organic Vegetable Oil, Organic Sweet Potato Powder, Organic Sugar and Sea Salt. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 83/100 Nature's Promise Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips sits in our top band, among the better chips & crisps we have scored. A higher-scoring option in chips & crisps is Trader Joe's Trader Joe's Ticama Sticks at 100/100.
