Naturalium Super Food Olive Oil Moisture Shower Gel

Breakdown

3 ingredients to avoid

Naturalium Super Food Olive Oil Moisture Shower Gel scores 17/100 on Tallow — our avoid band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Naturalium Super Food Olive Oil Moisture Shower Gel lists 9 ingredients, starting with Ammonium Laureth Sulfate, Benzoic Acid, Benzyl Salicylate, Coco-betaine and Olea Europaea Fruit Oil. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 17/100 Naturalium Super Food Olive Oil Moisture Shower Gel scores worse than most body wash & soap we have scored. A higher-scoring option in body wash & soap is Kiss My Face Pure Olive Oil Bar Soap Fragrance Free at 100/100.
