My Mochi Sherbet Mochi

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 2 ingredients to avoid

My Mochi Sherbet Mochi scores 53/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

My Mochi Sherbet Mochi lists 16 ingredients, starting with Water, Cane Sugar, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid and Ascorbic Acid. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 53/100 My Mochi Sherbet Mochi lands mid-scale — below the typical score in candy & confectionery, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in candy & confectionery is Mojave Mallows Organic Cocoa Dipped Marshmallows at 95/100.
