Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Room Freshener Mint Scent

Breakdown

3 ingredients to avoid

Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Room Freshener Mint Scent scores 15/100 on Tallow — our avoid band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Room Freshener Mint Scent lists 7 ingredients, starting with Organic Sugar Cane Alcohol Denat., Fragrance, Mentha Viridis (Spearmint) Leaf Oil, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Peel Oil and Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 15/100 Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Room Freshener Mint Scent scores worse than most sprays & aerosols we have scored. A higher-scoring option in sprays & aerosols is Puressentiel Purifying Air Spray at 100/100.
