Milliways Peppermint Plastic Free Gum

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 2 ingredients to avoid

Milliways Peppermint Plastic Free Gum scores 62/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Milliways Peppermint Plastic Free Gum lists 7 ingredients, starting with Natural Flavors, Gum Arabic, Stevia, Xylitol and Vegetable Glycerin. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 62/100 Milliways Peppermint Plastic Free Gum lands mid-scale — below the typical score in gum & mints, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in gum & mints is Neuro Energy & Focus Extra Strength Gum at 86/100.
