milkadamia CREAMY MACADAMIA MILK

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

milkadamia CREAMY MACADAMIA MILK scores 59/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

milkadamia CREAMY MACADAMIA MILK lists 13 ingredients, starting with Filtered Water, Macadamia Nuts, Cane Sugar, Calcium Phosphate and Pea Protein. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 59/100 milkadamia CREAMY MACADAMIA MILK lands mid-scale — below the typical score in dairy-alternative milks, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in dairy-alternative milks is Califia Farms Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk at 100/100.
