Chicken Snack Sticks

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 2 ingredients to avoid

Mighty Spark Chicken Snack Sticks scores 53/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Mighty Spark Chicken Snack Sticks lists 17 ingredients, starting with Chicken, Dried Onion, Garlic, Black Pepper and Coriander. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 53/100 Mighty Spark Chicken Snack Sticks lands mid-scale — below the typical score in jerky & meat snacks, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in jerky & meat snacks is Mac's Pork Cracklins Chicharrones Caseros at 100/100.
