Logodent Extra Fresh Daily Care Peppermint Toothpaste Organic Mint

Breakdown

1 ingredient to avoid

Logodent Extra Fresh Daily Care Peppermint Toothpaste Organic Mint scores 63/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Logodent Extra Fresh Daily Care Peppermint Toothpaste Organic Mint lists 16 ingredients, starting with Aqua, Calcium Carbonate, Glycerin, Silica and Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 63/100 Logodent Extra Fresh Daily Care Peppermint Toothpaste Organic Mint lands mid-scale — below the typical score in toothpaste, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in toothpaste is Pepsodent Herbal Fresh Mint Sage Chamomile Myrrh Toothpaste at 100/100.
