Grapefruit Salt Electrolyte Drink Mix

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

LMNT Grapefruit Salt Electrolyte Drink Mix scores 69/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

LMNT Grapefruit Salt Electrolyte Drink Mix lists 6 ingredients, starting with Salt, Citric Acid, Magnesium Malate, Potassium Chloride and Natural Flavors. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 69/100 LMNT Grapefruit Salt Electrolyte Drink Mix lands mid-scale — below the typical score in electrolyte supplements, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in electrolyte supplements is Trace Minerals ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops at 100/100.
