LAV Creamy Tahini Dressing

Breakdown

Processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

Lav Kids LAV Creamy Tahini Dressing scores 79/100 on Tallow — our clean band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Lav Kids LAV Creamy Tahini Dressing lists 8 ingredients, starting with Avocado Oil, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Sesame Tahini and Garlic. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 79/100 Lav Kids LAV Creamy Tahini Dressing sits in our top band, among the better salad dressings we have scored. A higher-scoring option in salad dressings is Bragg Organic Vinaigrette Dressing & Marinade, 12 fl oz at 92/100.
