Kraft Pizza Margherita

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 4 ingredients to avoid

Kraft Pizza Margherita scores 42/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Kraft Pizza Margherita lists 21 ingredients, starting with Enriched Flour, Water, Low Moisture Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese, Tomato Paste and Mozzarella Cheese. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 42/100 Kraft Pizza Margherita lands mid-scale — below the typical score in frozen pizza, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in frozen pizza is Cadia Organic Four Cheese Wood-Fired Italian Pizza at 97/100.
