Collagen Protein Bar Peanut Butter

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 2 ingredients to avoid

JustNosh Collagen Protein Bar Peanut Butter scores 64/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

JustNosh Collagen Protein Bar Peanut Butter lists 9 ingredients, starting with Organic Peanuts, Collagen Peptides, Organic Crisped Rice, Organic Tapioca Syrup and Organic Palm Fruit Oil. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 64/100 JustNosh Collagen Protein Bar Peanut Butter lands mid-scale — below the typical score in protein powders, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in protein powders is VEGA Pea Protein Powder Chocolate at 100/100.
