Little fella cheesecake

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 2 ingredients to avoid

Junior's Little fella cheesecake scores 65/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Junior's Little fella cheesecake lists 11 ingredients, starting with Pasteurized Grade a Cream and Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Carob Bean Gum and Maltitol. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 65/100 Junior's Little fella cheesecake lands mid-scale — below the typical score in pastries & muffins, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in pastries & muffins is Pearl Milling Company Organic Pancakes at 100/100.
