Mixed Berry Hard Candy

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 2 ingredients to avoid

Harmony Grown Mixed Berry Hard Candy scores 60/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Harmony Grown Mixed Berry Hard Candy lists 5 ingredients, starting with Isomalt, Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Stevia and Natural Colors. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 60/100 Harmony Grown Mixed Berry Hard Candy lands mid-scale — below the typical score in hard candy & lollipops, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in hard candy & lollipops is Fox's Fruit at 90/100.
