GARLAND FOOD Squeezable Ginger Paste

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 2 ingredients to avoid

GARLAND FOOD Squeezable Ginger Paste scores 58/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

GARLAND FOOD Squeezable Ginger Paste lists 8 ingredients, starting with Ginger, Fructose, Vinegar, Salt and Glycerin. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 58/100 GARLAND FOOD Squeezable Ginger Paste lands mid-scale — below the typical score in spices & seasonings, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in spices & seasonings is Saltix Baja Mineral Sea Salt Fine Grind at 100/100.
