All Purpose Degreaser

Breakdown

6 ingredients to avoid

Elbow Grease All Purpose Degreaser scores 15/100 on Tallow — our avoid band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Elbow Grease All Purpose Degreaser lists 9 ingredients, starting with Water, C9-11 Pareth-8, Ethanolamine, Quaternary C12-c14 Alkyl Methyl Amine Ethoxylate Methyl Chloride and Cationic Surfactants. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 15/100 Elbow Grease All Purpose Degreaser scores worse than most kitchen cleaner we have scored. A higher-scoring option in kitchen cleaner is CLARK'S Butcher Block Oil (1 Gallon) | Food-Grade Cutting Board Mineral Oil & Conditioner | Chef, Woodworker, or Restaurant Gallon Size at 98/100.
