Coop Natural Sweetener with Stevia

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 3 ingredients to avoid

Coop Natural Sweetener with Stevia scores 57/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Coop Natural Sweetener with Stevia lists 5 ingredients, starting with Erythritol, Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Stevia Extract and Natural Flavors. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 57/100 Coop Natural Sweetener with Stevia lands mid-scale — below the typical score in sweeteners, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in sweeteners is Florida Crystals Organic Raw Cane Sugar at 100/100.
